Violaciones de libertad condicional / libertad condicional

Probation is a term of sentence releasing a convicted offender conditionally into the community. If the person fails to obey all laws or engages in conduct that is a violation of the terms of probation, a judge can revoke probation and sentence the individual to up to the maximum time allowable in prison or jail for the original offense. Some probation is supervised. Other probation is informal, court probation. With both formal and informal probation the failure to obey all laws is a violation of probation, and there can be many other mandatory terms and conditions of probation in the probation order.

A charge of violating probation can result in substantial time in prison or jail. It is imperative to get a skilled criminal defense lawyer. Please contact Alanna D. Coopersmith, Attorney at Law, at (510) 628-0596 for a free and confidential consultation.
